At EDIFICOM the project doesn’t end after we’ve installed and configured the equipment. We aim to provide ongoing support for your new solution, helping you to get the most out of your investment; which could include training of internal staff, monitoring and alerting of services and SLA’s through our proactive monitoring systems, and including ongoing maintenance and upgrades through the lifetime of the solution.
We aim to be able to provide our clients with the right solution for them, which is flexible enough to adapt to their future needs. Through our various services, we feel this takes our offering one step further an offers ongoing peace of mind for the client.
